Scanner prototyping plans for design and assembly evalutaion

The design and assembly of the scanner will be prototyped with a dedicated test-chip to be produced at FCBG-NMP. There will be 40 300µm thick Si wafers produced, each containing 6 test-chips (described in the next section).
